Our Services

Accounts. At the end of each trading period, management accounts are prepared with comparisons against the previous year or budget, if preferred.

VAT. We supply our clients with an easy to complete weekly cashbook to record the sales and cash expenses. This together with the purchase invoices enables us to produce the VAT return for submission to HM Customs & Excise.

Payroll Service. We have an excellent payroll service providing weekly and/or monthly payslips, monthly returns and annual returns.

We act as your agent with the Inland Revenue reducing your involvement to a minimum.

Self Assessment Tax Return. Completion of your annual self assessment tax return from the accounts and related matters.

We ensure that every avenue of tax relief is explored with the overall aim of reducing the tax burden on the client.

Stocktaking. Through our associates we offer professional and confidential on-site reports for both liquor and food stocktakes, carried out by ILTSA (Institute of Licensed Trade Stock Auditors) qualified stocktakers.

Advice is given on pricing so as to achieve satisfactory GP%'s, quality control of stock and information to avoid overstocking.
